30 Inbound Customer Care Agents - Full and Part-time
This will involve answering calls from customers and providing them with informed advice on the Toucan telecoms suite of products. In this role you will be seen as critical to the success of the company. We need people who are good communicators and who set high quality standards for themselves. Full time positions involve shift work, @ 37.5hrs a week. Shifts operate between 8am and 9pm, and flexibility within these hours is required. Part time shifts are available
