Upgrading your ToucanSurf Broadband account
You can upgrade your Broadband service to a higher speed up to 3 times a year, at no extra cost.

Please note:

It?s not possible to downgrade to a lower speed.
When you upgrade you take out a new 12-month ToucanSurf contract.

Moving House
If you want to transfer your Toucan Broadband service to another address you can log on to My Account or contact Customer Services with your new details on 0871 221 2210. Before changing your details please read the following options:

You can:
1. Move house and commit to a new 12 month contract
2. Move house and pay a one off £50 fee to remain with the existing contract
3. Pay the remainder of the existing contract and change your Broadband provider.
