ToucanTalk Most-Dialled applies to all ToucanTalk and ToucanMobile call plans and covers all numbers, including overseas destinations and UK or international mobiles. The only exceptions are ?non-geographic? numbers (eg 0845, etc).
You can change your "Most Dialled" numbers whenever and as often as you like. However, please note that any changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
