There is a 4.5p call connection fee on all chargeable calls from landlines. This is great value for Toucan customers, as BT charge 6p and Virgin Media charge 7p.
Please note:
1. Freephone and inclusive calls - local and national (including between Toucan customers) or international (on "All-You-Can International") - will not carry any connection fee.
2. "Saver" customers will pay just 3p for calls (up to 60 minutes) to local/national numbers on evenings and weekends.
3. Calls using "Talk-To-Mobile" will still cost 25% less than standard prices.
